Reducing the Growth Rate of Hatred

"You can be nice for just so long" is a common statement and I can remember feeling and saying it before. In all reality that's when I should've been quiet. The more I learned about life, the faster I let go of anger for things I have no control to prevent. No reason to yell at the rain clouds. To better cope and handle real issues is one thing, and wasting time venting anger is altogether another. Why not just let it go peacefully. The idea is to get past something that upsets us without dragging a scar around to remind ourselves and those around us. Anger is vented when there is too much to process, or the processor is not functioning to capacity, you decide. Perhaps people forget that any leftover anger can quickly boil over into hatred, and that only requires a larger vent. People who are seemingly powered by their own hatred tend to be fixed on blame more than solutions. Some people wear their hatred like clothing, and others dump it on everyone like wet cement. Anger and hatred are a waste of energy, perfectly good energy that is negatively charged with anger, and hyper-charged with hatred. Humans beings reach for similarities to bond for many reasons, not all of them are good ones.

From a neutral point of view, if two people hate each other, the words they use express first their hatred, which can easily overshadow any point they might try to make thereafter. The one who hates the most does not win anything. Hatred can surely reduce your ability to effectively communicate. Anger and the hatred it can cook down and become are typically the foundation of arrogance. The larger the foundation of hatred, the grander the illusion of arrogance becomes. They give reason for spitefulness, and justify the use of deception. A devious mind uses the emotional power of anger and hatred to motivate, assuming the truth is not good enough.

Anger is the trigger for a series or chain reaction of emotional instability. Negative energy can grow very strong, even in a very intelligent mind. Letting it go as soon as possible is the best way to avoid poisoning yourself with it. Accepting the useless nature of holding anger until it develops into hatred will bring a clearer view of reality. Anger is a temporary release of stress, but ultimately prevents understanding...

The Catastrophic Complexity of Fear

Peace and love do not promote arguments, they don't start fist fights, and they don't need anything in return. Hatred, greed, and jealousy are products of fear. What makes fear complex is it's many sub-divisions. These three are woven together by fear and very closely to each other to thrive. Fear is a simple emotion with catastrophic complexity, and a mind heavily influenced by fear tends to believe this is true about love. This is not about how many pieces our hearts fall into when it's broken, this is about life. Love is a core emotion, we were given it with the gift of life, and fear is an aggressive or controlling emotion by nature. Love controls nothing, nor does it try to remove fear, it dissolves it back into raw energy.

If someone hates you, it's a natural reaction to hate them back. Before we try to understand and break down their reasons, we reapply the weapon as a defense. Love is so far from thought most have no idea at first, it is the solution. People mistakenly think they have to love their enemies, that's crazy, they need to understand what motivates their enemy, and understanding is a reduction of fear. Once an understanding is reached, a solution can be found or formed.

Fear promotes tactical thinking, this is where motives and agendas are based. The division of love known as compassion removes them, and exposes the fear of those with unbalanced emotional drive. A great many people don't realize the power they possess in their emotions. We use many forms of energy we don't fully understand, like children playing with fire. It's hard to find compassion for those who burn themselves, I'm still working on it...

Infectious Fear - Curing Love

Fear can spread like a disease using anger and hatred like germs. It can infect our thoughts and ideas with a false sense of security. It uses worry to overpower the immune system love created, which uses kindness and compassion like antibiotics. Fear is often applied as a substitute for experience and wisdom, then over applied as there are no substitutes for them. If fear controls someone's thought process, it can control their life.

Love will find a way back, with the release of forgiveness. Forgiving yourself allows you to forgive others. Love finds a way to reduce fear through forgiveness, and this reduction is where the 'feeling better' feeling comes from. If possible, the power to heal with positive thought, or some universal resonance, or even a spiritual enlightenment beyond comprehension, they might be from the unity of love, and not the separation of fear. If fear is darkness, love is light. Light is energy, and without energy, we are without heartbeats, without thought.

Love makes the simplest connection, and the most direct path between living things. Love can do what fear could never do, love can ignite the spark of life...

Transparent Digital Identity

When we join a social media, we first create a profile or a digital identity of ourselves. This identity is clearly a reflection of our self image. We create it, holding images and words we also create. In a sense, our profile is a digital memory with off site storage. We share things that make us laugh and cry, things we love and fear with the universal language in emotion. We share kindness from love, and hatred from fear. We share things that influence us, affect and change us, and in turn influence others. This type of sharing is tied to the basic need for all communication. We feel, and we express it. We can circulate profound wisdom, world news, or knock-knock jokes. We can share the magic of birth, the sorrow of death, and all points in between known as life. We can share the things we believe in, or things we believe against.

A digital identity is an expression of self, a modern perspective or point of view we add to our lives. Creating this window allows us to see the world, and the world is looking back. Its very much like your living room window, only the whole world is in view. Some will view your profile with appreciation for your expression like a work of art, or the subtle complexity of poetry. Others will gaze in your direction in search of someone to pass judgment upon. All of the attributes of human nature, both good and bad, are right outside that window. Because the light of truth shines on us all the same, they exist on both sides of the window. We can shade the truth, but never block it out.

When we assume the digital identity we create and connect to countless others, we step in front of this window. We expose the emotion that drives us with every word, picture, and post. The concept of transparency is not to show a layer underneath, but to show the core. It's here we connect ourselves to humanity in a way those before us could not. With love and without fear, we can be friends. Here, we are truly one...

Our Words

With spoken words, we hear them and process them one at a time, combine their meanings and understand complete thoughts in real time. First the words themselves. Focused energy from thought arrives at, or comes together to form ideas, the ideas are refocused into word descriptions and channeled through speech. Sounds technical, because it is. Focused muscles give way to the complexity of speech, in addition to eye contact and body language. And focused breathing allows speech emphasis for delivering everything including words from the heart and stories around the campfire, to boardroom speeches and heated arguments. With emotion, we speak to reach the emotion of the listener, so understanding can make a stronger connection. The energy of emotion makes the connection and holds it while the energy of thought is transferred through understanding. All that and we teach our kids to talk at age three, naturally with love. And something else helps us teach them curse words.

With written words, we read the words but never hear them in the voice of the writer. We receive and process them one at a time and combine meanings and understand, but have the rewind option at any time. When you read these words, they appear as emotionless groups of letters on a screen, they can make great sense and have profound meaning, or just get thrown into memory somewhere, but by now, they have your complete attention. In this moment, not when I wrote these words, when you are reading them, is the link to inspiration and magnitude of the imagination. That which holds our attention, both yours and mine.

The depth of the imagination is vast, and we stand together in amazement, because I found these words there. Any words read are heard in the minds voice, the readers voice, your voice. Vivid real time descriptions from the imagination make seeing the movie just a glimpse of the book. These words are from the energy in emotions, all of them all at once, so understanding them can make a direct connection. That which we understand, things that make sense, and ideas with depth have appeal to our own voice of reason. These are our words...

Acting On Your Behalf

We are born with emotions and act on their behalf each day. Love and fear are the emotional magnetic poles the mind uses to guide us through life. They affect our ability to reason, our decision making process, and the vocabulary we use to arrange every written and spoken word. They influence our past through memories, and our future with both hope and worry. Love and fear are both simple and complex, each bold and still fragile, subtle and yet vivid just the same. They can so quickly bring us to action. Both powerful motivating emotions, but only one of them helped bring you into this world. And in this world, love is committed to kindness, just as fear is committed to doubt. Love has friendship, fear has hatred. Love is a core emotion, and if you doubt this, now you might understand where it came from. "I love you" is powerful group of words, we say it to those we would do anything for, anything as in overcoming a fear of death to save. "I hate you" is weak and common, we say it to those we can't understand, those we want things from and cannot have, and those we don't even know.

All the words we say and write are printed in the dictionary, we just work out the arrangements. What motivates us to make these arrangements can be an additive or become the fuel source of the thought process, and we carry a lifelong supply of love and fear. Feelings we have give us the need for expression, and in this need, this darkness, we use the most abundant energy at hand. The dominant emotion is the language between the lines of everything we write and say. No matter what you think, what say is expressed through emotion. Any emotion can be seen by those who understand and recognize them. This is a gift to the honest, and a curse to the deceitful.

'I love you' might be the most powerful thing you can ever say. 'I' equals everything I know, everything I believe, and every thought and feeling I've ever had. 'Love' equals the reason we are here. It is from love that we receive the gift of life, and with love we give the gift of life. Love is both fearless and timeless. Love has a way of expanding or branching out into friendship. It can flourish anywhere to become unbreakable as lifelong bonds of friendship. We keep the connection between love and friendship without regard of time or distance. We can look into each other's eyes, the window to the soul, and see not around fear, but through it. Love shares this fearless gift with friendship.

Love can make the simplest connection, it seeks the most direct path between living things. With love and without fear we can offer and deliver acts of kindness. Love is the reason we make friends, and the reason we keep them. Love can do what fear could never do, love can ignite the spark of life...

The Pacesetter

We pace ourselves in life, the only one we have, in an attempt to affect time. This an unknown amount of time we have to spend here. We try to slow down the times of happiness to enjoy them more, and speed the time through a heartbreak or the loss of a loved one. We want to be healed, and wants are braided around needs so closely we sometimes lose distinction between them. With the significance or power of emotions, we influence ourselves and those around us when to stop and smell the flowers, slow down and catch a breath, or run like hell.

The simple design of fear, the switch and flow valve for adrenaline, ready to kick in and save your life, does not trigger, operate to limits, or seal closed the same in each of us. Some try to never open it, some can't turn it off. The word pain, the idea of pain, and the memory of it, are so closely braided with fear, we can instantly associate and understand their meanings together, in an attempt to save time. We apply the idea, or the power of fear without fully understanding it. The line is easily crossed, as it is drawn in different places for each of us, and fear becomes a weapon. We can be overrun with the fears of others, or overdose ourselves with it, and that which can start out as cautious and healthy can become withdrawn and self-destructive. Fear tries to condense time first with doubt and worry, and then the extremity of panic. Fear would have your heart race until it stops, this without any pace at all.

Because it takes some form of love to bring us into life, or see us to an age we can care for ourselves, it is our natural core emotion. Although we do not usually consider love as the reason we are here today, it is that reason just the same. Love helps us misplace the reasons we are trained to rush around for. Love helps us reshape or bend time back into evenly spaced ripples or wavelengths. Love resets the travel time between each moment. Love is the pacesetter.

Our understanding of time itself is from the love of knowledge, and not a fear of the unknown. The past will always get further and further away, and the future will always come one heartbeat at a time...

Welcome to Our War...

While fear has relentless convincing thoughts from worry to evict it, love separates from reason and looks to the heart to be away from fear. Love travels quicker than fear to an unknown source, up a direct energy feed that links electrical bio-energy in the heart and the brain, then back into the heart for safekeeping. Away from the dark energy associated with fear and still able to surround fear with the influence of positively charged ideas. And so we can instantly act with kindness and compassion without thought. This is what someone might use to limit or turn off fear to save your life, should the need ever arise. When love is increased, fear can be decreased. In turn, when fear is increased it tends to flow or outlet with anger and overflow with hatred, and supercharge into violence. Similarly, most acts of violence are also without thought. Sadly, this is what someone might use to end your life.

Through time, explorers have risked their lives without fear, but with the love of discovery. Either sailing across an ocean (with monsters) on a flat world or traveling through space, love must overcome fear to progress forward. The reason we consider a path of life, or life as a journey is because we progress forward. Memories are in still pictures, we remember actions but view them one frame at a time. Life is in motion with time. The future is naturally forward.

The depth of love and fear are as equally endless as the depth of our imagination. We have yet to understand or appreciate the real dynamics of energy, either in the human body or across our galaxy. The tiny distance energy travels in the brain allows thinking, learning, understanding, communicating, retaining, and not to forget theorizing the
dynamics of energy. It will likely be our love for knowledge that will allow us this wisdom, and not a fear of it.

Wisdom might only begin by ending the war between love and fear within. As emotional beings, we will only understand ourselves and the universe with emotion, and not without it.

With honesty, we can openly show the emotions that influence the ideas and thoughts we have. We are born with emotions and act on their behalf each day. As in any war, love will make peace, and honesty will deliver it...
